With fast-paced stunts and in-your-face action, this film is everything the trailer is...and then some. McAvoy is convincing in his role as a loser turned killer, despite the minor slip ups with the accent. Freeman is as great as ever, occasionally channeling a little Sam L. Jackson. Although some scenes appear to be flashy and utterly impossible, the film succeeds in not mimicking "The Matrix" but standing on its own as a solid action flick. Kind of makes you want to quit your day job.
